The total price for the Event is €950 + VAT.
The Payments will be due as follows:
€250 + VAT immediately upon booking
€350 + VAT 60 days before the Event
€350 + VAT 30 days before the Event
Included in the Event fee are the following services:
- 3 nights accommodation with half board
- 2 days of workshop led by Catherine Ekkelboom-White, including 2 half-day live photoshoot sessions with couples in a wedding style
- Travel to/from photoshoot locations on the workshop days
Not included in the Event fee:
- Travel to/from the hotel on arrival and departure days
- Winter sports equipment
- Drinks and lunch
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
All payments made are non-refundable in the case of cancellation by the Attendee.
Name changes are permitted on reservations up to 7 days prior to the event.
You reserve the right to cancel within 14 days of booking and receive a full refund of any amounts paid. After this 14 day period, you may still cancel but without the right to a refund. Once payment has been made, it becomes non-refundable.
In the case of cancellation by the Attendee, your payments will be exchanged for 1-on-1 online mentoring sessions with the Organiser, Catherine Ekkelboom-White, which will take place over Skype or Zoom.
The online mentoring sessions must take place no later than 6 months after the Event end date.
ONLY In the event of a cancellation, postponement or Material Alteration of the Event by the Organiser (defined below) will you be entitled to a refund.
Where the cancellation takes place part-way through the event you may only be entitled to a refund of part of the face price which you paid for the Ticket. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation in relation to the Event which have been arranged by you are made at your own risk.
A “Material” alteration is a change which in our reasonable opinion makes the Event materially different to the Event which purchasers of the Ticket could reasonably expect. Changes to the event schedule or planned activities shall not be considered a Material alteration. The Event is judged by reference to the overall theme rather than the individual activities scheduled.
In the event of cancellation due to an injury or illness of the Organiser, acts of God, force majeure, natural disaster, adverse weather, acts of state or governmental authorities, acts of terrorism, outbreaks or epidemics, storm, riot, insurrection, civil disturbance, denied border crossing, sabotage, embargo, blockade, acts of war, power failure, transportation delay or any other cause beyond the control of the Organiser, our liability shall be limited to a full refund of any fees paid. The Organiser will not be responsible for any other costs or loses incurred.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Attendee is solely responsible for the travel aspects of getting to the Event, this includes, among other things, booking their own flights, food, transportation and accommodation. The Organiser assumes no liability whatsoever for such travelling aspects and arrangements of the Attendee.
The Attendee agrees and acknowledges that any aspects of the workshop that involve any type of outdoor activity, such as (but not limited to) skiing, snowshoe hiking, winter walking etc (hereinafter: Activities) are well within their current ability, experience and fitness level. The Attendee agrees they are solely responsible for their own safety and wellbeing in these locations, including making sure that they have the appropriate safety equipment, knowledge of how to use it and insurance (e.g. mountain rescue coverage). The Attendee agrees they are well aware that the Organiser is not a mountain guide, instructor or coach or other professional entitled to offer guidance in connection with any Activity and has no other comparable qualifications.
The Organiser is exempt from any kind of liability resulting from damages sustained by the Attendee.
The Attendee agrees they understand and accept that outdoor Activity may expose them to numerous known and unanticipated risks which could result in personal injury, illness, death or damage to themselves or their property. Some of the risks or factors creating risk include, but are not limited to, the following: extreme weather conditions that may vary significantly, low temperatures, high radiation, strong winds, snowfall, rain, fog, falling rocks, avalanches, difficulties in finding water, impossibility of getting food, and others. Moreover, the Activity may be carried out in remote places located far from hospitals or emergency facilities, therefore aid may be delayed, and great difficulties may be encountered in transporting the sick or injured person. The Attendee confirms their participation is voluntary, and they choose to participate in spite of these named and any other imaginable unnamed risks. The Attendee confirms they are solely responsible for deciding to engage in this Activity.
The Attendee hereby affirms that: 1) They are duly acquainted with the Activities to be carried out. 2) They are in good physical and mental health to carry out said Activities. 3) They are solely responsible for their own travel, medical and life insurance coverage and health care provider. 4) They accept and assume any and all risks of whatever kind involved in the above mentioned Activity 5) Said Activities are being carried out in mountain terrain and/or in the outdoors and schedules are subject to be amended at short notice due to weather and terrain conditions.
The Attendee agrees they are solely responsible for their own safety and wellbeing. Any injury and damages that occur during any part of the Event, including parts guided by the Organiser, are not the Organiser’s responsibility. If the Attendee is feeling unsafe or not willing to follow the Organiser’s guidance during any part of the Event, they hold every right to state so. The Organiser will do their best to find an alternative solution.
The Attendee authorises the use of their name, voice and picture to be used without payment in any broadcast, telecast, communication, promotion, or advertising, and used by the Event Organisers for the purpose of promoting future or other events or for the promotion of the Event and services.
By completing this booking, you are consenting to be contacted by the Organiser and for your personal data to be stored for our records. Your personal data my be shared with the events sub-contractors insofar as reasonably necessary to deliver sub-contracted services.
